Refund policy

At Candid Magnets, we make each magnet to order, based on the photos uploaded by the customer. This makes it a personalized product, created according to your specifications.

❌ No returns for personalized products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products—that is, goods made according to the consumer’s specific choices.

As a result, magnets made from photos provided by the customer are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of an error or manufacturing defect.

✅ Returns accepted in case of error or defective product

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged

• Not matching your order

👉 You have 14 days from receipt to contact us and request a refund or exchange.

Please send us an email at candid.magnets@gmail.com with the following information:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photos of the product in question

We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

If the return is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with a replacement or refund.
