The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed on our online store for personalized or decorative magnets, accessible at the following address: candidmagnets.com

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read and unreservedly accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Products

We offer printed or handmade magnets for sale, described with the utmost care. The photos are non-contractual but representative.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping fees. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (e.g., stock issues, suspected fraud, etc.).

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. It can be made by credit card or any other secure method offered on our site. Payments are processed via Shopify Payments (or another provider), ensuring the security of your data.

6. Delivery

• Timeframe: Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.

• Fees: Shipping fees are indicated during checkout.

• Delivery zone: We deliver to France and other zones specified on our website.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.

⚠️ Exception: Personalized products (custom magnets with photo or text) cannot be returned, except in case of a defect.

8. Returns and Refunds

In the case of a defect or damaged product, you have 14 days to contact us. After verification, an exchange or refund will be offered.
